White Coat Waste @WhiteCoatWaste found that since April 1 @NIH gave millions in new taxpayer funding for dog testing at this @Penn lab and others.
NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya @NIHDirector_Jay and @HHSGov have been misleading me, the public and the press about this for a year.
One year ago, Bhattacharya told White Coat Waste @WhiteCoatWaste he would end all dog and cat testing.
Last September, he lied to @LoomerUnleashed and @thecharlesdowns and said he wasn’t funding Fauci’s animal labs.

Then, Bhattacharya said in October: “New policy…can’t have beagles that are tortured. That’s just a given. That’s never going to happen.”
Beagles are literally being tortured right now because of the officials leading HHS and NIH. They could have stopped it one year ago.
However, liberal animal rights groups like @PETA whose friends work for NIH are still applauding RFK Jr. and @NIHDirector_Jay for saying they will reduce animal testing without actually shutting down these taxpayer funded pet torture labs.
President Trump @POTUS just released his 2027 NIH budget last week that calls for a $5 billion cut at the NIH.
Why are @NIHDirector_Jay and HHS defying the President and spending even more money on beagle abuse?

WATCH: Wow! Trump-appointed @NIH Director @DrJBhattacharya lied to @LoomerUnleashed and @thecharlesdowns today outside of the NATCON conference as he was walking in to give his speech. We confronted him about NIH extending Dr. Fauci’s animal testing grants and issuing tens of millions of dollars in new grants that fund testing on dogs, cats and primates, even though he & his so-called ‘animal testing czar’ @NKleinstreuer said they’re phasing animal testing out & the problem “predates” them. @WhiteCoatWaste has the receipts. Bhattacharya told us, “we aren’t doing animal testing.” Then, when we gave Bhattacharya the benefit of the doubt and asked him for proof, he said, “I don’t have time for this.” I love animals, and most Americans love animals too. Animals are pure and deserve our protection from cruel and inhumane, taxpayer funded tests on animals. Most Americans oppose animal testing too. The questions we asked the @NIH Director today are important questions. I don’t think President @realDonaldTrump is going to take too kindly to one of his tax payer funded Cabinet heads lying and saying he doesn’t have time to talk about cutting wasteful animal testing at NIH. Cutting spending at NIH and holding Fauci accountable are top priorities for President Trump’s administration. President Trump made animal cruelty a FELONY in 2019 via an executive order. Animal cruelty in government labs should also be classified as felony animal cruelty. PS: We know NIH is lying about not testing on animals.
