EXPOSED: The Defense Department wasted MILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on “octopus hypnosis” and “monkey mind reading.” This is not a joke. These are real animal experiments that your tax dollars were wasted on. Just like the DOD’s $10 million cat constipation experiments we exposed and shut down. And the most infuriating part? They never even disclosed how much they spent on these insane experiments. Senator Joni Ernst just broke down this madness in a live Senate hearing: “The Navy sunk tax dollars into conducting octopus hypnosis.” “But you’ll put yourself in a trance reading through the results trying to find the cost.” “Why?” “Because it’s not included.” “The Army is spending taxpayer money on monkey mind reading.” “But the cost is anyone’s guess.” “I’m sure we’re all looking forward to learning what’s on the minds of monkeys.” “I already know what’s on taxpayers’ minds.” “They are fed up with Washington hiding how the money they work so hard to earn is being spent only to learn it’s being wasted.” “Well, sunshine is the best disinfectant for discouraging wasteful spending.” “While the Pentagon has been required to disclose the cost of research and development projects funded with tax dollars since 2021, the previous administration did little to make that happen.” “I am announcing today that the Department’s Inspector General will investigate the matter, so taxpayers won’t have to resort to mind reading or hypnosis to find out how defense dollars are being spent.” “Oversight is absolutely essential to making sure the law is carried out, and effective oversight requires access to information.” @SenJoniErnst @JustinRGoodman

This is the behavior of absolute PSYCHOPATHS. Last week, taxpayers flooded HHS with calls demanding they stop funding animal abuse. Instead of facing the issue, HHS employees decided to pull a childish prank: "Thank you for calling Domino's Pizza!" Meanwhile, puppies are getting their hearts cut out while STILL ALIVE. Sick. Demented. These people are laughing in our faces. @SecKennedy should go on another firing spree.

@GovPressOffice Thanks for sharing! Here's our US Senate testimony from yesterday exposing this scandal and discussing our investigations that uncovered how, under RFK, the NIH has issued tens of millions in new tax funding for wasteful and cruel dog and cat testing x.com/WhiteCoatWaste…

WOW: Trump’s HHS just laughed in the faces of MAHA supporters who want to shut down Fauci’s beagle and kitten torture experiments. “Thank you for calling Domino’s Pizza.” That’s the message that taxpayers got when they flooded HHS phone lines yesterday to demand that HHS shut down Fauci’s cat and dog labs. Then, they were sent to voicemail. WCW’s Justin Goodman just exposed this insanity before a live Senate hearing and declared: “Torturing puppies with our tax dollars isn’t funny, but people at HHS apparently think it is.” How did we get here? Our investigations exposed Trump NIH officials’ “numerous false claims that they stopped funding beagle testing.” NIH’s Director Jay Bhattacharya and “animal testing czar” Nicole Kleinstreuer have repeatedly claimed that they have stopped funding abusive beagle experiments, and that any funding for these tests “predates” their tenure. Both of those claims are blatantly false. NIH has approved $126 MILLION of taxpayer dollars for new beagle experiments since RFK Jr. took office. But when taxpayers caught on to their deception and flooded HHS phone lines, officials responded in the most childish manner possible. They changed their voicemail recording to say: “Thank you for calling Domino’s Pizza.” This is how HHS officials are responding to their betrayal of MAHA and their complete failure to shut down Fauci’s legacy of puppy abuse. To be absolutely clear: We will never stop exposing this taxpayer-funded animal abuse, and we will never back down from our fight to shut it all down. Your tax dollars hard at work! POLITICO reports that RFK Jr.’s office swapped the phone number on his website for a nearby Domino’s Pizza — apparently to dodge calls from advocates urging him to stop funding animal testing on cats.

Would love to do an X Space (or podcast) featuring the "rogue employee" who changed the HHS phone number to Domino’s Pizza and WCW's @JustinRGoodman.... I know Justin would be up for it, so if you see this and are interested, rogue HHS employee, let me know and we can schedule it... tbf, I think I understand why the rogue HHS employee pulled this prank. First, it is reasonable to conclude that any person ever referred to as a "rogue employee" is a person that acts decisively (which I appreciate). Second, regardless of the rogue employee's position on the NIH funding of the cat testing, they didn't have sufficient authority at HHS to do anything about it. Third, it is reasonable to infer this person was annoyed at being bombarded with phone calls and, unlike the cat testing, they had the ability to do something about it...and, because they are a person that acts decisively, they decided to act decisively to stop the calls. (If only we could identify this person and put them in charge of stopping dangerous gain-of-function.) That said, this is just speculation, and a live conversation would be the best way to sort it all out.

This is the most insane thing you’ll see on 𝕏 today … Trump’s NIH spent $126 million on Fauci-era puppy torture experiments since RFK Jr. took office. When MAHA flooded HHS phones yesterday, they got sent to voicemail with this message: “Thank you for calling Domino’s Pizza!” That’s how HHS officials are responding to MAHA supporters demanding the reforms that we voted for. They’re laughing in our faces. White Coat Waste has spent the past year exposing Trump’s NIH for lying about shutting down Fauci-era beagle experiments. NIH leaders claimed over and over that they’re “phasing out” these barbaric experiments on puppies, and that funding for them was already approved before they came into office. But it’s completely false. NIH has approved $126 million in new funding for these experiments since RFK Jr. took office. And instead of addressing this MAHA betrayal, HHS officials pulled this childish prank. @WhiteCoatWaste @JustinRGoodman

there is actually a very sick and sad reason behind why. Beagle puppies are known to be the most docile and trusting breeds… they love their human companions, so much that even when they are being tortured they won’t bite back. they trust we are doing what’s best for them. it makes me want to cry. 💔

🚨 NIH just quietly gave $718,805 to induce heart failure in puppies... and then CUT OUT THEIR HEARTS while still alive. I am in shock. This is absolutely brutal. On February 23, shortly after @SecKennedy promised to end animal testing, @NIHDirector_Jay directed your taxpayer dollars to inhumanely k*ll hundreds of puppies at University of Utah. The grant was found and exposed by @WhiteCoatWaste, the same organization that partnered with Kennedy to expose the original Fauci experiments on beagles. Secretary Kennedy: MAHA was promised an END to Fauci-era cruelty. Please keep your word and END these programs once and for all! Tag @SecKennedy, tag @NIHDirector_Jay. Use AI. Use p*dophiles. LEAVE THE PUPPIES ALONE.
