The claim was closed without notice on Feb 11. A partial denial was issued after the claim was already closed. Required 30‑day updates were never sent. Early inspections showing no rodent activity have never been produced.
I escalated the file to Progressive Executive Consumer Affairs on April 9 and gave them until close of business tonight (Fri, Apr 17) to assign someone with actual settlement authority. @Progressive
If I don’t receive a substantive response from someone with settlement authority by tonight, I will release the full unredacted timeline, emails, contradictions, and evidence publicly.
I’m still willing to resolve this privately if Progressive chooses to handle it properly.
