@progressive is awful! If you have them as car insurance quickly switch! These ppl are evil! 1 of their drivers hit my car & because we have progressive as well they are trying to say we both a fault! Trust me! Had 2 be detective to get witness bc police report not good enough

As America celebrates its 250th birthday, it is a good time to reflect on where we are as a nation. We have lost our way. Big corporations like @Progressive bully people and ignore their claims to increase profit. I hope @HawleyMO and others can start holding them accountable.

So, on June 16th my RV was in an accident. My @progressive insurance has a total replacement policy. After a week in the body shop, I'm being told that I have to wait until July 10th for an adjuster to assess the damage after his vacation. Meanwhile, I'm struggling.

"Your dealer for life. It's the Karl way." @KARLChevy and @Karl_ChevyElite It's their "way" to misrepresent accident damage to @progressive causing denial of claim. Didn't have a problem taking advantage of a young woman, telling her $2k+ will fix it. BEWARE!

@progressive doesn’t care about his customers. They put three false claims on my account so now I can’t get insurance with anybody else until it’s off and they are the ones who’s telling me they don’t know where it came from.

@progressive @rclarkston Try getting your company to pay a claim sometime. I strongly recommend against anyone buying your insurance. A small dental claim and your company just keeps asking for ridiculous amounts of information. Probably cost you more in labor than paying the claim would have.

@progressive Absolutely sucks in MA. Was just denied Auto Insurance coverage for “too many” claims which was a grand total of 2, both around 2 years ago -
1 - A car backed into mine while I was legally parked and damaged the rear quarter.
2 - On a windy day, someone parked next to me lost control of their door while exiting their vehicle and dented my door.
It’s always helpful when companies out themselves as the greedy piece of crap they really are. Progressive is now dead to me.

There is no link, here’s my policy information. Just my wife and I on the cyber truck. My son, my wife and I have a separate policy with DirectAuto insurance for his and other vehicles. The guy Pedro did not believe what I was saying and so he added my son on to this policy and then he did a non-renewal where I can’t renew my policy at the end of the billing.. Listen to the call he refused to let me speak to a supervisor, he put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me. Then he went in and did everything he possibly could do to cancel my policy. It’s the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I paid this policy in full upfront.

@progressive you have the worst service ever, one of your employees( Pedro) will not let me speak to a supervisor. He is an underwriter! Instead of letting speak to a supervisor he has put me on hold for 20 minutes and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor!

If you have @progressive or are even THINKING about using them DONT! This is how they treat their loyal customers! 1st Pic was my quote, after docs were signed the rates almost DOUBLED! Because THEY decided to add someone who doesn't even have a permit or license AS A DRIVER!
