I’m a brand new Progressive customer. I’ve had the insurance about four months. My son got into an accident tonight. He was rear ended. His car is not drivable. Your claims agent told me she didn’t know how to set up a tow truck for me and I should just call someone myself and keep my receipts. Is this what I should expect from Progressive?

Ah yes progressive.. my address is my current one but my mail goes to my old one so I literally submit the SAME info for giggles and now I save 30$ If yall dont give me 30$ the entire time I've been here im going to be pissed @progressive

Note to self: @progressive has one of the worst self claim portals ever and doesn't seem to want to give me the ability to say "your client blindsided me when he ran a red light" option, so no I can't give you a measurable distance or tell you I saw him before I got hit.

Two weeks ago, we switched our homeowners insurance over to @progressive but we didn’t have time to do the auto. I’m disappointed no one’s called, not even Jamie, to get us to bundle I was looking forward to the sleepover

Hey @progressive got off the phone with you after waiting a day for an adjuster to help me with my accident. I was told it could be another 24-48 hrs before someone could help with repairs and rental. Really?? Help please! Maybe I should go with @StateFarm or @Allstate next time

@bytzxx_ Dropped @progressive last year. Had a $700 claim (first claim ever) and they jacked up my rates almost $200 a month!

The repair shop and Progressive insurance let my car sit, knowing it was totaled and doing nothing for 9 days without any communication with me. I paid $31 a day for an extra 9 days and neither of them will take accountability. I can’t wait to never use either company again.
