@MoonCake3441 Boston had back to back power plays with less than 10 minutes left in game 3. No doubt they are penalties. Dahlin called for interference on Macavoy and Thompson’s trip. However, Bruins could bear hug and tackle Sabre players last night with no calls.

@kevsylvester Not to mention the 3 penalties just prior to GWG in matter of 15 seconds. Twice Tage bear hugged in front of net. The second one was really bad as he couldnt make play on puck. Also Krebs tackled in corner.

@Big_Ez29 @AfterLeWhistle Hard to say if offsides. It does appear Pasta lifts his back skate off the blue line prior to puck entering the zone thus offsides but too close to call as I only seen replays on twitter/X. TV never showed a replay questioning it after it happened. Shame on them….

@AfterLeWhistle 3 penalties by Bruins 30-45 seconds before GWG. Literally bear hugging Thompson twice not allowing him to make play on puck and tackling Krebs along the boards. I could see letting first bear hug and take down of Krebs go but the second bear hug should have called penalty.

@bof_diggy @AfterLeWhistle Can’t get shots when you are getting bear hugged, held, interfered, stick held incessantly in offensive zone last 10 minutes of game and in OT. However, the effort didn’t match Boston for first 50 minutes of the game.

@AfterLeWhistle Needed more shots tonight. When we’ve put up 40 shots, we’ve cooked. Dump, chase, crash the net. Swayman is the real deal, need those 2nd/3rd chances. Get him out of position. Kinda got sucked back into Bos style of game. That Pasta goal was filthy but Lyon played well enough.

Puck was covered. ref lifted arm to blow whistle and it was poked into free and into net. The moment the arm is lifted up by ref play dead. Understand the rules.

@CMDeDominicis Sabres couldn’t finish a play. Rules didn’t apply to Bruins. Easily 8-10 penalties of Bear hugging Sabre players for 5 seconds or longer, grabbing the stick, hooking in last 20 minutes of hockey. How can bear hugging and not letting Thompson go in front of net allowed?
