@HeffMaylor @chefsevenn Its called scoring. Can help with marinating or dry rubbing salt to get deeper in the meat and help break down muscle fiber better, making it more tender. I do it with my steaks when I marinate them.

I don’t see how handmade everything doesn’t come sweeping back in a huge tsunami. Everything: films, music, games, art. All of it is going to be heavily human (and so obvious, and marketed that way).
