@virginmedia@Paul_Vine1 Easily the worst customer "service" I have ever experienced. I noticed you stopped posting on your account last year, as all of the replies were just customers complaining. Why does nobody there do anything about it?

A cheap price is all very well by the horrendous customer service is very frustrating
Not calling back when they say they will and a month into my contract they still can’t provide me with a simple bill
@virginmedia@virginmedia I was promised a phone call at 7pm to finally resolve this have heard nothing! Not surprised given my past experience with you and numerous broken promises. Funny how you never forget to send me my bill despite not providing me with the services stated on my contract
@virginmedia How is your customer service so terrible? My package is meant to include Netflix but after months of waiting, numerous phone calls and promises that it will fixed, I still haven’t received my Netflix email. No wonder your reviews on TrustPilot are so terrible!
@virginmedia how can you request someone who has been forced to leave there property due to ill health pays and the exit fee of over £1000…. This is obscene, however apparently you are happy to wave that fee if take supply to new premises

Why is it that I either have really slow internet, or like now, no internet at all.
Obviously I'm not a new customer so I'm just ignored, overlooked and treated like shit.
@virginmedia your broadband service in SW5 is shockingly intermittent and your complaint line is broken. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as the wifi turns back on.
Virgin Media set-top box: sick n tired of resetting/ re-starting the box of @virginmedia several time a day to view an app based streaming. 4 years old subscriber in BH6 area, Spoken to Cust Service by hanging on phone >20min Answer point Engineering work on going. NO RESOLUTION
@virginmedia I’ve ran a diagnostics multiple times. With no issues. This has been happening on and off for around a month now. So not really sure what’s happening.
@virginmedia my internet is really poor currently, any time early evening or late evening it keeps going down constantly. I’ve reset etc. I pay a premium for high meg internet and it’s so intermittent and shoddy. Please advise. Many thanks
@virginmedia Almost two weeks, three technician visits and a promise by the last one on Monday that the problem needed outside work which he would sort and still I have heard nothing. We cannot watch a programme without constant pixalating. Absolutely disgusting service.

my bill broadband only bill for @virginmedia with this years increase it will be pushing £50
just found out you can have @Starlink in the UK, after buying it their residential rate if £55 guess who is going to loose my money (@virginmedia )
@virginmedia are an absolute waste of time, service constantly dropping out leaving g you with no TV & get told everyday for the last week it will be fixed tomorrow . Absolute waste of money , cannot wait for my contract to end. Stay clear of this joke of a company
