@virginmedia How is your customer service so terrible? My package is meant to include Netflix but after months of waiting, numerous phone calls and promises that it will fixed, I still haven’t received my Netflix email. No wonder your reviews on TrustPilot are so terrible!

@eBay_UK Why do you allow some sellers to operate with a private account when they are clearly running a business? They are avoiding fees and not meeting the requirements of consumer law! I have reported a seller to you but you don’t do anything about it!

@nectar I signed up to the Nectar points promotion that ran over the last few days and shopped a few times at Sainsbury’s but didn’t receive any coupons or bonus points. This included yesterday when everyone who spent £20+ would get a coupon with bonus points?

I’m still waiting to hear from @UPS. They’ve had my parcel over a month and promised to contact me multiple times but I hear nothing! DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’D ADVISE SHIPPING WITH DPD, Yodel etc.

@UPS, you stated I’d receive a phone call within 2 days with an update on my parcel that you’ve had for OVER 1 MONTH but guess what……. I’ve heard nothing! Do UPS ever keep their promises? If anyone’s looking to send a parcel, I’d strongly recommend you choose another courier!

I’d advise against using @UPS as I sent my parcel a month ago and it’s still not been delivered! Dreadful customer service, just advised to keep waiting which is unacceptable given you’ve had it a month! Perhaps you can get in contact @UPS?

Hey @elonmusk & @Tesla! Great to see a price drop on the Model 3 in the UK but apparently those who placed early orders and upgraded to the 19” wheels and are yet to take delivery wont be benefiting from the new price! Seems a kick in the teeth for early adopters! Any help????

@teeraw96 @Tesla From speaking to @Tesla i think it depends on any upgrades you added to the car. For example if you upgraded to the 19” sport wheels then you won’t get the new price as they don’t offer those wheels anymore! The discount only applies if you can still create that exact car!

@tesla we got to experience a live backup event with our #powerwall today! Some storms rolled through and we noticed a flicker in one of the lights. TV, speakers, lights all stayed on. I only realized we didn't have power because I pulled up the app. Super cool! #energystorage
