Did some coaching once

End of my journey as a coach. Esports has been my passion for a long time, but the inherent instability and demanding schedule no longer feel like the right fit for me. I'm eager to transition into a more stable role where I can continue to develop my skill. I'm already in process for others jobs in other industry but nothing is done. I'm grateful for everything esports has provided me. Despite the challenges, I've grown immensely over the past three years. And I met very good people who became friends. During the last three years as a coach, I've faced numerous obstacles that shouldn't be part of the norm. I'll compile a resume later and perhaps hold a Q&A session. When you are inside the industry it's difficult to talk about it, but I now feel free to speak about it. I want to do it to helps players/coachs. I aim to shed light on unacceptable practices and encourage a shift in mentality. It's important for people to understand that esports isn't always a dream job - it often requires significant personal sacrifice, which often goes unnoticed. Thanks for your time,

@valesports_emea so sad and UNFAIR that small teams have almost no games with live audience (all wed. matches have no live audience) FIX YOUR SYSTEM ASAP!!! this change is no good to anyone @riotgames @valesports_emea
