In the book the psychology of money, a few things stick out on something I regularly think about because I notice it often. In financial markets we tend to think in extremes. We think things are worse than they in bear markets. Better than they are in bull markets. /1

Last year, I fell for the enticing allure of insanely high yields. Although, I've spent 9 years of my life in tradfi, spent countless hours studying for securities licenses, counseled time and time again to avoid unreasonable yields, I still fell for this, and lost over $200k. /1

After some hard lessons, I am going to employ some new rules for investing: - If I see a 5x multiple of any asset, I will take out my cost basis. - If I see a 10x multiple of any asset, I will take out another 1-2 times of my cost basis (in addition to above).

@mrpapawheelie @0xPolygon Whilst you are probably right long term about the price, now is not the time to buy, we are still going down and the bottom doesn't seem to be in yet.

I always change the gas amt using @0xPolygon I just 2x the priority and gas to avoid TX issues. An example, NFT listing was .024 $MATIC in fees and .018 of it was burnt. Burnt fees will quietly grow, and all of the sudden, MATIC will be $10 and many will be in awe, and regret.
