I never used the word strong. The issue isn’t the allegations. The issue is all that he has said about some of these individuals that may be factually inaccurate. He’s gone above and beyond and claimed certain statements as fact. Also, while I personally believe in the full legal culpability of the McAlberts in the death, conspiracy, and coverup of the death of JOK, Karen being rightfully acquitted doesn’t per se make it legally conclusive that the McAlberts did it (though in my opinion they did). They don’t get convicted because Karen was acquitted. So he has a fight ahead of him. Unfortunately he won’t have the support of many because he wiretapped Karen, shit all over her, tortiously interfered with her fundraising efforts, and then some. He says they’re “cool”. They’re not.

Breaking news - both orders for Meredith and I have been terminated. A criminal complaint hearing for wiretapping is still upcoming. Hopefully we can move on and both find other things to talk about. It’s all I ever wanted.

Somewhat of a rhetorical question: If you were hit with the scope of the lawsuit that the Boy and that girl were hit with, by the attorney with that level of experience and reputation, would your reaction be to double down and act like it didn’t bother you and try to rally the troops for more money and more online harassment? I submit that you would only act that way if you were terrified beyond belief and needed to seize the opportunity to raise money. Normal human reaction: ALL energy would be spent on finding a good attorney and strategizing with him or her, not live-streaming and solidifying the evidence. He couldn’t even bamboozle a judge for a simple RO with all the pajama pants buddies rallied. They looked like they came in the van from The Dream Team. His shine has lost all luster. Imagine pretending a lawsuit of this scale does not bother you. It’s all pretend. The mask has to be slowly melting as he cries himself to sleep. These people are a trip. I have no idea who that woman is and have never met her in my life. She claims to be the roommate of my friend Joes wife, who she claims stopped being friends with me 12 years ago, and that my college roommate committed suicide and I worked for the school newspaper and was fired. Joe has no idea who she is and her college roommate was named Michelle. We hung out a few weeks ago. One of my roommates Francis d’ipolitto died in his sleep at the age of 19 on March 9 2003. We found him the next day and it was horrific. Pretty low of these people to lie about that. I also never worked the school newspaper.
