@SouthwestAir This inconsistency, despite me 100% following the rules, makes it hard to plan. The agents told me other agents must not be following rules. Then that it wasn’t my bag, it was bc it was a full flight, changed twice! They weren’t following the same rules now! /3

@SouthwestAir I was the first & only 1 singled out, spoke with a supervisor, was assured I wasn’t the only one. They called for volunteers AFTER to check bags and they got several. No one else but me was forced yet multiple have more stuff than I did! I’m PRBD /2

@SouthwestAir #1538 in OAK has terrible & inconsistent enforcement at the gate. This is my 4th ride in 6 days and was forced to check my bag despite my “extra” bag fitting under the seat. Yet multiple people walking on with more than 2 bags and I was 100% singled out. /1
