Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, have issued statements to CNN, saying there is no record of any communications between them and President Trump.

In a nutshell, this @WSJ headline and few paragraphs tell the story: the blame for this stupid, reckless, doomed war is all his, abetted by his circle Republican sycophants in the White House and Congress.
