@thirdgenwidget People make fewer trips so traffic drops at dollar stores. Ripping gas prices are bad for everyone. Not enough EVs to offset the shock at the pump. The Rate of Change of Gas Prices is still the easiest shorhand for consumer sentiment, across all Econ groups.
