Jasper Tran O'Leary's work on using computational notebooks for CNC milling really helped me expand my thinking around how symbolic representations can "escape" the computer to manifest in fabricated objects. Also a rad use of @observablehq! dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/35…

@rand0mwalk This sounds great! We haven’t used the V2 but the updates don’t seem like they would change anything except that you will need a microusb. @PrinceOfBlair also has been playing around with p5.fab and a potterbot, maybe you’d be interested in some of those experiments too

@Machine_Agency Hello : ) Looking into setting up the p5.fab library, and wondering if the Ender 3 Pro vs. the V2 is something I should consider carefully. Leaning toward the V2, but if you had any notes on what to expect that'd be great! 1/2

Another DIY Stock Part Special! It turns out you can make your own thrust bearings by laser cutting the retainer from Delrin as long as you dont mind installing each BB by hand.

Made a thing! A 10cc Syringe Tool for Jubilee Toolchangers! Now you can extrude pastes, gels, and other gooey media. Source Files are up too. Note: 10mm Cube is extruded from Pluronic F-127 on a previous revison. Hopefully this is the last rev... github.com/machineagency/…
