@MichelleMaxwell I won't stop saying it... Guillotines need to make a comeback... Publicly.
Problem is the citizens fear the government instead of the other way around. Time to change it.

🚨Breaking News: Democrat Governor blocks President Donald Trump's 'no tax on tips' rejecting a tax cut totalling tens of millions for the people of Virginia
#Virginia
Governor Abigail Spanberger and Virginia Democrats have refused to honor tax on tips in the state.
They blocked any change to Virginia’s tax code that would stop the state from taxing tips, forcing tipped workers to hand over a bigger share of their earnings to Richmond than they do to Washington.
The federal “no tax on tips” policy was part of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
It allows tipped workers to deduct up to $25,000 in tip income from their taxable income for tax years 2025 through 2028.
The IRS reports that more than 6 million Americans have already claimed the deduction, with an average benefit of more than $7,100 per filer.
Virginia, however, chose not to give the tax relief at a state level - with the new Democrat Governor ditching former Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin's budet proposals that included state-level deductions for tips, overtime pay and car-loan interest.
The move will cost taxpayers in Virginia upwards of $80 million.
Gov. Spanberger and her democrat colleagues have been accused of going on a 'taxing spree' since taking office, introducing dozens of new measures on taxing everything from digital services to dog walking.
Tax proposals introduced by Virginia Democrats in the 2026 legislative session include:
🔷️3.8% net investment income tax on capital gains, dividends, interest, rental income, and other passive income for "higher earners "
🔷️Expanded sales tax on services like: fitness/gym memberships, pet care/dog walking/grooming, dry cleaning, vehicle repairs, home repairs, counseling, concerts/events, haircuts, and other personal services.
🔷️Tax or fee on retail deliveries - including food delivery like Uber Eats/DoorDash and packages from Amazon/UPS/FedEx, with some proposals for a 20-cent or 4.3% delivery fee especially in Northern Virginia
🔷️Taxes on firearms and ammunition - including an 11% excise tax proposal
🔷️Tax on large employers
🔷️Employer and employee premiums for a paid family and medical leave program - AKA new payroll-style tax
🔷️Regional local sales taxes in counties and cities - including for schools or transportation
Tax on fantasy sports operators
🔷️New personal property tax on certain items like electric leaf blowers and landscaping equipment
Tax on digital goods and subscriptions - including streaming services like Netflix
🔷️Higher hotel/motel taxes
🔷️Tax on data centers or skill games/gambling expansions for new revenue

@HouseDemocrats Please see Biden-Harris 2021-2024 for an actual example of driving the U.S. Economy (and more) into the ground.
English

@JohnNaluma62705 @KarlLlewellyn @gman5180 @janninereid1 Then tell it to the democrats and THEY can pay reparations. Democrats started that racist organization.
English

@KarlLlewellyn @gman5180 @janninereid1 You're right about this but the blacks had to deal with the KKK too after, we were still running n hiding even after the Civil War, the people who deserved reparations are already dead

@AVGirl4Life She will forever be known for falsely claiming minority status to boost her academic career. Somethibg that is frowned on unless you're Democrat.

@eurofounder Well, if the Dutch were so great with this "tax" then they would be a bastion of the EU. HOWEVER, no one would want to live there after this. People will desire to leave. But, I'm sure the 3rd world immigrants, you're letting in, won't mind.
English

Netherlands just announced a new 120% wealth tax
It will apply to the ultra-rich who earn above €150k per year
So if you make €200k, you pay €60k on the €50k above the threshold
Dutch officials explained it is to "discourage wealth hoarding behaviour"
So beautifuly said
Finally someone in Europe has the moral spine to put an end this selfish accumulation of wealth
No human being should make over €150k a year
It is a vulgar and borderline pornographic amount
I hope more EU countries will adopt this progressive legislation
This is why Europe is, and always will be, light years ahead of America
English

@HouseDemocrats Thought I'd fix this for ya!
Inflation is up.
Americans are struggling.
And Biden and Democrats couldn’t care less.

@DschlopesIsBack You've got to educate yourself about Georgia. You look dumber than, the posts shows, you are.

@larsinthewoods @360Griz @RevRayCistman Better decision making skills would have saved George Floyd. End of story.
English

@360Griz @RevRayCistman "He killed the man who died from having put himself on fire"
That's how what you said sounded like.🤷♂️
He wouldn't have died if he wasn't on drugs. So how exactly is it Derek Chauvin's fault? This logic doesn't hold up.
English

@CarrPcs1924 @TonyGeroldi @RevRayCistman I've been in that position. I'm still alive. Mainly because I don't take speed balls.
English

@CarrPcs1924 @RevRayCistman You don't always believe those who aren't in the action. I've never believed he was guilty. I feel that a mob outside of the court tainted the jury. Maxine waters instigated that.
English

@CarrPcs1924 @RevRayCistman So you're not a cop. I'm not but I do have common sense. If someone keeps stating I'm kneeling on someone's neck, but I'm not, I look (often) and then I don't look back. In today's world, dems (like you) lie to get cops to look away for attacking or to give someone chances.

@lady_valor_07 I've done it for free since he became a thing. I don't listen to trash. So do I get the money?

Yes, your grocery prices are up—by about $310 since 2024.
Trump’s war with Iran is raising costs, AND food prices are still out of control.
But Trump has done nothing to stop them.
That’s why I’m calling on his admin to crack down on price fixing now.
HuffPost Politics@HuffPostPol
Democrats want a crackdown on creepy targeted pricing based on your browser history. huffpost.com/entry/surveill…

@SenWarren Some categories (e.g., certain meats, nonalcoholic beverages) rose more; others (e.g., dairy in 2025) fell slightly.
This means you're lying or willfully manipulating public data. Perhaps both.
English

@SenWarren Since early 2024 to early 2026: Approximately 4–6% total rise in grocery prices, depending on exact start/end months. This is far below double-digit spikes seen in 2021–2023. (courtesy of USDA)

@elonmusk Wall-E. If anyone remembers, the population was NOT aware of their surroundings and how everything failed them. It wasn't an instruction manual. Take away people's ability to do a job and you dehumanize the person. You're advocating for unemployment on a mass scale. Huge fan BTW.
