Today was the last day of my Cardio rehab. Yay! I had a heart attack last Halloween, and a double bypass with aortic valve replacement in early November. I'm feeling great and at fighting weight. Thanks to all that sent prayers!

Good Morning World!!! Last night was rough. Bad stuff happened. The kind of stuff that forces a decision you weren’t planning to make. The kind where a line gets crossed so hard, you realize there’s nothing left to debate. So I made a major life choice. One that wasn’t even on my radar 24 hours ago. I was so upset I did something I don’t usually do… I reached out into the void and asked for help. Four X friends showed up. The first one got the full storm. Tears, frustration, probably a little chaos, and they somehow said exactly the right things at exactly the right moment. The other three stayed. Just… stayed. Until I could breathe again. Until my brain slowed down enough to let me sleep. And I don’t think I’ll ever forget that. Thank you. This morning feels different. Not lighter in a “everything is fixed” kind of way. But lighter in a “I’m not carrying what isn’t mine anymore” kind of way. Like something heavy finally got set down. I’m shocked at myself, honestly. I feel a little selfish. But for the first time in a long time… it feels like the right kind of selfish. Like I don’t have to keep absorbing things that break me anymore. Like I’m allowed to say, “this is where it stops.” I’ve been beyond my breaking point for a while now. And I’m done living there. Done letting other people’s choices dictate how much I hurt. Done carrying weight that was never mine to begin with. So now I rebuild. On my own two feet. No extra weight. No pretending. No overextending just to keep the peace. Just… me. Figuring it out one step at a time. Everything is about to change. And for once, that doesn’t scare me as much as it used to. Have a great day. May the algorithm always be in your favor. And if you’re going through something heavy too… you don’t have to carry it alone. Orah

🛑Folks...when you feed images to Grok, it saves that input and trains on it. That means the IP fed to grok can show up in other generations. Don't feed other people's IP to Grok without permission...that's just a sh!tty thing to do. Friday the 13th was LAST WEEK...why is this Friday coming for me so hard?😩

My confidence and self worth haven’t been great lately and I just wanted to say thats ok so other people who suffer with depression or anxiety know that it’s ok to feel like that. I’m CEO of Happy Doggo and most people in positions like mine have to hide stuff like this. Most people in all positions In life do actually. It’s really hard to admit you don’t feel the best about yourself. That’s why I just write it down as I feel because maybe it’ll help someone. Between our team, partners and everything wrapped up in what I do there are probably 100+ people who rely on me. Add in social media, donors and everything else and that’s a massive happy facade to keep up. I’ve learnt though that it’s ok to say you are not ok. At the moment I’m going through the motions. Still working hard and trying my best but I feel a bit worthless. No self worth at all. I also have imposter syndrome. I know I can jus read the comments here or look at the dogs saved and I should be happy but it doesn’t bring me anything. I look in the mirror at the moment and can’t even really look at myself. No particular reason or spark for this. As people who suffer know it just comes in a dark wave like a fog. I could easily share some happy dog photos and smile and pretend I felt amazing. But I’d rather be honest and try to help others. I have untold amounts of support and good luck that many of you dont. So if you're feeling down or a little rough right now, that's okay because so am I, and it's absolutely fine to say that. Have a lovely weekend and be kind to each other ❤️

Wow...that's crazy. I heard this was happening to people this is the first time I've seen screenshots though. That's not cool at all. I think at least the most basic features of these llm's should be free. They're saying "learn them or lose your job in the future", while gatekeeping access at the same time. Make it make sense.

How is this open? Or helpful? Why do you suddenly want people to have less access to information?

No, offense intended , but no, this isn't cool...this is ip infringement. I created those designs I didn't prompt them. They belong to me, not Xai. You just took two weeks of my hard work, time and effort, without asking, and turned it into the thing that I was bragging it was not. I am not an AI hater, but I am proud of doing something without it, when that's ALL everyone else is doing right now. If you had read the entire post, friend; you would see that the whole point was to highlight what people are doing without ai.

Everyone is all caught up in sharing their Grok creations, meanwhile I'm taking my time(two weeks so far) using traditional tools to create the logo for mine and s4lty's production company.
