@defossardf Not that I’ve bought them for years because they’re dreadful now, but I’m convinced this started with Creme Eggs. Mondalez or whichever evil company owns them now started selling them in 5s and 10s and I swear actual eggs caught it from that.

@Jebadoo2 I agree on Burnham, but don't think Starmer did the 'work' in opposition, either. Didn't build a proper policy platform, nurture his backbenchers, and he put the wrong people in charge. Rosie Duffield said he told her he saw opposition as a waste and I can entirely believe that.

Unpopular though the PM is, it was him who transformed the Labour Party and delivered a landslide, now you can plausibly say that's because the Conservatives imploded, but the fact is Starmer did the work in Parliament while Burnham was nowhere to be seen.
