In April, more than 500 @EssiLux employees celebrated #VolunteerMonth with the Foundation by stopping by our booths at corporate offices in Dallas, Mason, New York & Montreal. It's through our incredible volunteers that we're able to bring good vision to those who need it most.

Good vision changes everything for children—it allows them to properly see the board, fully participate and develop skills. Nosipho Zama volunteered at our recent clinic in Cape Town, South Africa and shared how rewarding it is to give the gift of vision, especially to children.

1 in 3 children has an uncorrected vision problem that could affect learning. To face this issue, the government of Goa, India with our Foundation launched ‘Vision for All’ — this has provided preventative vision screenings to around 250k children in need: bit.ly/3UHAgeF

For refugees, the inability to see properly can impact their ability to adapt, communicate & learn in their new environments.  We held a vision clinic in partnership with the UNHCR, Light Without Borders, @MSF & Bairamoglou to give free eye exams & glasses to refugees in Greece.

Harmony, a nine-year-old from California, recently attended a vision clinic we organized in partnership with @sunglasshut. We’re working to create a better future for students like Harmony and her classmates.
