@EyeMedVision what are you guys doing over there? Why after 3 years do I need to make a separate account for my insurance vs. my spouses ? I have to use two separate logins just because you guys won’t allow me to register BOTH of my coverages under one email.

Smarmy @EyeMedVision keeps rejecting a claim as they claim the service was from 2022, when everything I documented is from 2023

After 33 minutes of waiting, I gave up. @EyeMedVision customer service is 🗑️

So far @EyeMedVision is ranking high on my list of worst possible customer service. Currently on hold for going on 20 minutes. And their hold music makes me want to ram my head into the wall.

@EyeMedVision Good morning! I had Eye Med through AARP in NJ since 2015. I moved to Arizona 12/2020. I’m not covered now but you kept on taking my $$ ea month in spite of repeated phone calls. Please advise about the return of of our money. No one told us this change

@LillichMike @Carle_org @UHC @EyeMedVision Wow! My eye doctor here in Michigan charges about $180 for a diabetic eye exam. Medicare pays about 60% of that as they pay for the diabetic part and not the regular eye exam (which are about $100 as a standalone service).

@Carle_org is billing me $600 (!) for a standard eye exam. I have United Healthcare @UHC and Eye @EyeMedVision insurance. The $600 is after insurance is applied. I have spoken to all three corp entities and asked for adjustment. Do I have any other options or rights here?

@EyeMedVision Can’t register on your site and if I go to your phone line, it tells me to register on your site; no way to talk to an agent. I did send in a contact form: 5 days to reply? Might want to rethink your process.
