@Practo This is the message I sent to customer care at @Practo which offered me a refund after deduction of Rs. 1100. Why would I choose your discounted doctor if I had to pay the full amount apart from membership amount?

Beware of taking any membership plan of @Practo. It is a cheater of the highest order. Offered a plan offering 12 physical consultations in a year. After 1 consultation, stopped offering appointment under that Plan. No doctor is in Noida is covered under the Plan.

Practo has started a scam to thug doctors, they will sell you their prime consultation and Ray subscription, won't provide you with the service and then you have to fight your own to get back your money. Initiate my full refund asap @Practo

Absolutely unacceptable experience with @Practo I recently booked an online consultation with a renowned Doctor on @Practo Dr rescheduled joined the consultation late and rushed through it, casually prescribing multiple tests + sonography. Trusting the platform, I spent ~₹6000

@Practo #practosupport Doctor knew the medicine require prescription and he wrote it on chat. Every pharmacy refused they didnt have it. At apollo pharmacy they said medicine name on signed prescription as its under narcotics. Now practo support said the pay again yo ask!!???
