Beware of taking any membership plan of @Practo. It is a cheater of the highest order. Offered a plan offering 12 physical consultations in a year. After 1 consultation, stopped offering appointment under that Plan. No doctor is in Noida is covered under the Plan.

Customer care offered to refund the money after deducting full consultation amount for last appointment while providing only 1/12th the services offered in the Plan. That's a classic scam. Offer lucrative deals, take money, then refund based on full price deductions. SCAM @Practo

Please understand, everything everywhere is developed because the contractors can pay commission. Margins are high. Maintenance has no margins for high commission except for exploitation of labour which is not aesthetic. I bet these lifts were never used.
