Just to be perfectly clear... There are literally thousands of these examples. This is not rare or unusual. This frequently occurs. And yes, HISPANIC is in option: "Race: H" = Hispanic It is deliberately not being used.

Honestly, the more you dig into arrests records the more it becomes clear that something is going on here. Meet Elvis Garcia-Diaz who was arrested 3 weeks ago as a Hispanic Male, but 2 days ago was labeled as a Caucasian Male. Same guy. 20 days apart. How do you explain this?

@matt_vanswol @hydrogentechguy If you’re not an idiot, you’d know that’s how it’s always been done. Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. On a lot of forms, you won’t even find Hispanic under race, you have to choose white, then Hispanic for ethnicity. That’s how it’s always been.
