Senator @RonJohnsonWI is right. $39T in debt is not a footnote. It's a crisis. My Six Penny Plan cuts 6 cents of every federal dollar spent and gets us to a balanced budget in 5 years. The plan exists. Washington just lacks the will to pass it.
