Maui anecdote: My friend is a real estate photographer. He is killing it due to this phenomenon. Hired by agent 1 to photograph home. House doesn’t move…agent fired…eventually realists with other agent 2. New agent wants to use photos but has to license them at full price. So even though transactions are down sellers are firing agents thinking it’s their fault. Sometimes my friend sells it again to agent 3. All these people will eventually hit the bid much lower.
