@SW_Help I was supposed to get the 18.27 train from Waterloo to Bournemouth but it’s been cancelled. I was told to get the 18.00 to Portsmouth and change at Guildford. Now the guard is saying get off at Woking and get a replacement bus to Basingstoke. Which is correct?

In order to claim a refund you will need to provide: • Full contact details. • The time and date of your journey. • The stations you travelled to and from. • A description of the series of events that took place. • Copies of your train tickets and taxi receipt.
