@thameswater no water in GL7- sort it out. This happens constantly. You really are the worst water company in the country. Not even an update on when this will be fixed!

@GWRHelp bought ticket on app - purchase definitely went thru (have email confirmation & booking ref) but the app isn’t pulling through my e-ticket. I made my train as gates were open so didn’t realise, but I won’t be able to scan out the gates at Paddington. What do I do please?
