@ScottyOptimal @NoahRyanCo Stenosis is a thing because it is not meant to handle THAT kind of pressure.
Literally just laughed at the technique with a PT… but okay 💀

Actionable steps for getting amazing sleep
Get unobstructed sunlight or daylight in your eyes every morning within 15 minutes of waking up
Put yourself in bed within 15 minutes of the same time every night and make it non negotiable (if you have to tank a couple night of bad sleep to dial this in, it will be worth it)
Set your phone to night shift mode in settings and leave it on 24/7
Replace all of the white lights in your home with incandescent bulbs or red LED’s (use open windows as a light source during the day)
Keep your last meal 2-4 hours before your bed time
If you own a pair of blue light blocking glasses put them on 4 hours before your bed time (this starts the production of melatonin)
No phone in the last hour of the day (write, read, draw, wind down)
Clean up everything in your immediate environment and put it in its designated place an hour before your bed time
Lock the door to your room (provides subconscious relief and an extra barrier that home invaders have to get through)
Stop drinking water 2 hours before your bed time (if you find that you wake up multiple times to piss, put a pinch of salt or baking soda on your tongue before you go to bed)
Get as much sunlight throughout the day as possible, the more you get, the more signal your body has for regulating your circadian rhythm
Avoid caffeine after the first 2 hours of the day
Make your room temperature as close to 65 degrees Fahrenheit as possible
When you go to bed make your room as dark as possible (get black out curtains if you have to)
Take magnesium glycinate before you go to sleep every night (absolute game changer)
This is elite ball knowledge

@techsleyt @NoahRyanCo The lumbar is meant to handle pressure
English

@ScottyOptimal @NoahRyanCo This is so much unnecessary pressure on the lumbar. Stenosis incoming
English

@lennartprimal Also I’ve heard that in most cases you have to get bitten multiple times to get it
English

@lennartprimal Very very legit
It’s been a thing though
Alfa gal syndrome is not something you want to
To my knowledge most of the lone star tick issues are localized to Texas. Hence the name “lone star” tick

Acheiving Optimal health and max natural testosterone is about solving problems that have occurred as a result of the modern environment we live in
Some people look at their life, and the amount of changes that need to made is overwhelming.
The key is solving one single problem at a time with focus on that specific area, and then rinsing and repeating.
If you try to overhaul everything all at once you are almost guerenteed to fail.
Why?
Because your subconscious has an identity set in stone, and if you change it drastically, and those changes don’t align with how you subconsciously perceive yourself. Your own mind will sabotage your new way of life.
Another super important factor is knowing the reason why you are actually doing something.
Personally if I don’t know why I am making a change or implementation, and just taking someone’s advice randomly, that change is not going to stick.
When the understanding is there + you are experiencing the benefits
Consistency is inevitable
Stop zooming out on your life 100% of the time
Zoom in on one thing at a time, make a change, solve the problem, put it on maintenance, THEN zoom out, rinse and repeat.
