Everyone wants to make more money from their content. But more times than not they end up sounding pushy when they try to do so. I've helped generated $1.5M for my clients and the answer is much simpler than you realize. I go deep on this here: youtu.be/U9oYAwfIjlo?si…

A year ago I was applying to work at McDonald's for $8/hour because I couldn't afford to pay my rent or buy groceries. Now, I'm living a life the old me couldn't even begin to comprehend. Never doom.

You don't need TRT, you just need to: - meditate - sprintmaxx - sleep grounded - disrespect blue light - eat a nutrient rich diet - stare at the sunrise/sunset - resistance train 3-4x per week - take zinc, boron, shilajit, & pine pollen - dial in your circadian rhythm - consume high quality fats - spend more time outside - wear natural clothing - read & write daily - avoid EMFs - pray

What costs more? Investing in your health early or being up to your neck in medical bills in the future?

Eating the same thing every day is killing your gains. You need to be carb cycling. Non-training days -> low carb Light training days -> mod carb Intense training days -> high carb

Actionable steps for getting amazing sleep Get unobstructed sunlight or daylight in your eyes every morning within 15 minutes of waking up Put yourself in bed within 15 minutes of the same time every night and make it non negotiable (if you have to tank a couple night of bad sleep to dial this in, it will be worth it) Set your phone to night shift mode in settings and leave it on 24/7 Replace all of the white lights in your home with incandescent bulbs or red LED’s (use open windows as a light source during the day) Keep your last meal 2-4 hours before your bed time If you own a pair of blue light blocking glasses put them on 4 hours before your bed time (this starts the production of melatonin) No phone in the last hour of the day (write, read, draw, wind down) Clean up everything in your immediate environment and put it in its designated place an hour before your bed time Lock the door to your room (provides subconscious relief and an extra barrier that home invaders have to get through) Stop drinking water 2 hours before your bed time (if you find that you wake up multiple times to piss, put a pinch of salt or baking soda on your tongue before you go to bed) Get as much sunlight throughout the day as possible, the more you get, the more signal your body has for regulating your circadian rhythm Avoid caffeine after the first 2 hours of the day Make your room temperature as close to 65 degrees Fahrenheit as possible When you go to bed make your room as dark as possible (get black out curtains if you have to) Take magnesium glycinate before you go to sleep every night (absolute game changer) This is elite ball knowledge
