4/5: I must give credit where he says, "All agencies that are not subject to the supervision of the Governor are encouraged to explore all options..." So he is using state time and resources to publish personal interest press releases under the banner of orders.

1/5: I heard Andy B tried an ex order on "conversion therapy" and checked if he jumped the shark or was more bark than bite. Both. Or his proofreader forgot to edit out the unconstitutional part in one spot but fixed in another. One thing is clear: A Governor is not a dictator.

Yes, it’s crazy. If he doesn’t think it’s a good idea to use credit cards and “knowing someone” to vote, then he needs to fix it! He needs to go in front of our GA, and say, “I was wrong. Sen Southworth was right. Please fix these issues in our statutes IMMEDIATELY”. If he doesn’t fight to fix it in the next legislative session, then he is complicit in voter fraud, and is a failure at his job.

@freedog26 @DwightWitten @catfaninthevill As I explained in amendments and my speech, making a list of items that are torture, that can include things that are not, is ill-written for criminal law. I would have supported the bill even still, if we had tweaked the list accordingly.

Celebrating Resurrection Day!

Section 148 of the Kentucky Constitution requires all employers to allow 4 hours of voting leave. SB 172 would actually make sure this happens by implementing penalties for those employers who violate your constitutional right to vote.

The big question right now is, do we protect the public's right to use a non-trackable, non-programmable currency, or do we let businesses start cutting off customers because they have decided they want to pay into credit card fee world?

SB130, my bill to prevent Digital Discrimination is having a hearing @ noon in the Sen. State & Local Gov. Com. 26 co-sponsors w/ Sen. Deneen recently being added. If it becomes law you would not have to have smart phones, computers, or CR cards, to interact with public services
