CPMs on Meta have been compressing the gap between cost and value for years. That's not changing. But there are two levers sitting right in front of most brands that barely get touched: 1. Partnership ads on Meta. Across our accounts: - CPM: $21 vs $26 (24% lower) - CTR: 1.4% vs 0.7% (100% higher) - CPC: $1.47 vs $1.65 (11% lower) - CPA: -58% - ROAS: +40% You're running ads under a creator's handle with built-in social proof and access to a wider audience pool. Setup takes 15 minutes. 2. YouTube. CPMs are running 1/3 to 1/4 of Meta right now. On some placements, it's 1/10 the cost. - Shorts placement only needs your existing 9x16 Meta assets - Will spend thousands of dollars a day - Massive halo effect on your other channels that doesn't show up in standard reporting If your CPMs are climbing and you're not doing both of these, you're complaining about a problem you haven't tried to solve.
