The driver likely assumed they would cross after they passed, and when they didn’t, panicked. The fleeing after is where it’s criminal.

A driver is not going to know they’re there until probably 20 feet before that tree, at which point it doesn’t make sense for them to cross.

@StragMichelle @_FucknBossChick @LASHYBILLS Not sure how you come to this conclusion. Yes they were at the crosswalk, but by the time they entered, the car had 2-3s to respond. It seems the car hard braked, and either tried to get behind the girls, or hit with the nose of the car to avoid tires.

It looks like the driver hit them on purpose. They could see them about to walk out in the street and they literally veered right heading straight towards them and veered back to the left after. They knew damn well what they were doing. I hope they find the driver soon and throw their ass in PRISON.
