And if you think it is just a political game and it doesn't impact your daily life, then just wait until your child falls in an open drain, or your friend gets electrocuted on the road, or your brother gets hit by a BMW being driven by a minor.

A Deaf-mute woman patient undergoing treatment at the psychiatry ward of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) in Saifai was allegedly raped repeatedly by a contactual sanitation worker at the University. She was found to be 19 weeks pregnant during a routine examination, setting off a rape investigation that led to the arrest of a contractual sanitation worker Ravindra Kumar posted in the same ward. Due to her mental condition, she couldn't narrate her ordeal. An FIR has now been registered.
