Yesterday, the FBI and DOJ secured indictments against four Venezuelan nationals involved in an ATM “jackpotting” scheme, bringing the total number of charged defendants to 116. The majority are in federal custody. These indictments highlight the FBI’s ramped-up efforts to dismantle a large criminal network with links to the designated foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua (TdA). This network illegally infects ATMs across the country with malware to force them to dispense cash without legitimate transactions – a crime known as ATM jackpotting. Since 2021, the FBI has tracked over a thousand of these incidents, with losses surpassing $58 million. We are targeting the entire jackpotting network, from ringleaders and malware developers to ground crews. She’s also facing a federal criminal indictment for the fraud. Instead of taking ownership of her misconduct, she’s bailing while crying “witch hunt” and claiming her “due process rights” are being violated. His associations with the most radical people in the community was well known by anyone who wanted to look. His vision of where he was going was made plain particularly on his trip abroad, including not far from where the Berlin wall fell. The American people, so much wanting him to succeed, willingly overlooked all this. Simply refused to take it seriously. So we cannot blame Barack for being Barack.
