I've reached that point in life where, when I move, random things just start popping and cracking 😭😭

I keep finding myself in high stress situations. I'm starting to think it's my own fault. I'm 26, married, two kids & one on the way, working a full-time job, going back to school, and trying to start a business in all of that.

The simple belief that you can control your outcome will have an impact on your life that you simply couldn't plan for.

One of the best qualities you could ever have is to own up to your mistakes and learn from them. Don't blame other people and avoid blaming circumstances. There's usually something you could have done different to have a more positive outcome.
