No. I am calling their earnings fake because they are moving money from one company to the other, back-and-forth, and then call it earnings. I am then saying that the actual money they are brining in is through 3rd party financing where they hide the leverage outside their balance sheet, or through debt which gets yield worse than junk bonds. Have you seen how their CDS is exploding? It is insane. Finally, I am saying that the private credit melt-down we have now is supposedly due to software having to refinance the debt they took during Covid at worse conditions, but it is actually because all that AI data center capex which will never amount to anything because there is not enough energy in the world to support that capex (let alone money, materials, supply chains). You are investing in the biggest bubble that ever existed. Good luck.

Did the JP Morgan analyst who downgraded $META due to lack of clarity on CapEx returns not see the ongoing & sharp revenue acceleration? Did he not listen to mgmt tell us where that’s coming from? Did he listen to the disclosures on AI directly supporting better engagement & monetization (like they offer every single quarter)? AI is largely why the core business looks so good right now.

Ultimately, $ASTS is a satellite company. Putting batches of satellites on orbit, consistently and reliably, is the one true unlock. We’re are so close. This is the last great shakeout (until we dip from $300 to $180).

Ugly day for two big retail names, $SOFI & $HOOD. Amazing day for the AI Infra plays that continue to crush earnings like $BE $STX $NXP. I think the broader question here, at this stage of the rally from the lows, is do you think there is an opportunity cost at being in a loser and transitioning it for a winner. The loser, if the company is doing well, usually gets the dip buy because the price is a better bargain. This market is rewarding the winner, even if the earnings multiple is massive (like Intel) or there barely are any earnings (like Bloom) as long as the trajectory continues to show that they will keep winning. So, would you sell all your $SOFI to buy a $SNDK or $MU here? I’m not sure many would, but so far fintech and software have continued to dip even with good earnings as the market simply has rotated to companies that keep putting up strong numbers. Just not sure many have the stomach to buy a chart up 3-4x YTD and sell their bags in fundamentally strong companies just to be in the current winning trade.
