Exactly 1 year ago I finished my 6-month farming job and came back. Opened my @TutaPrivacy mail already deleted. That was the email connected to my Facebook and everything else. I know it was my fault, but at least give people 1 full year before deleting emails. Never again.

@vanviic @TutaPrivacy Please contact us at hello@tutao.de so we can look into this and manually approve the account. Sometimes this is necessary as we do not ask for phone numbers when signing up to protect your privacy.

Without any notice @TutaPrivacy decided to closed my new account. Good, fuck you, I will stay with Proton.

Hey @TutaPrivacy I know you're working hard on your app, but please unfix your spam changes. I get a lot of spam on my paid Tuta account. I don't mind, that's life. But now I get push notifications for every message as it moves from the Inbox to the Spam folder. It is making your app unusable and I may have to move elsewhere if this continues.

@TutaPrivacy kindly what happens to my account if I pay at opening up an account and my email is "*********@tuta.com",so after when the premium tier expires what happens? Does my email change to "*********@tutamail.com" though I hate that?

@MarauderMag @TutaPrivacy @Monero_marine87 This only happens if the account is detected part of mass signup which could be abusive. Sending to us does work so that we can then review and manually approve the account. This is necessary as we do not ask for phone numbers, but need to make sure that spammers can't sign up.

@TutaPrivacy @Monero_marine87 Question @TutaPrivacy. When someone signs up for a free account with you, they are instructed to contact you to unlock the account. But they cant contact you with Tuta to do that because all e-mail capabilities are disabled. Why?
