@depop I am still waiting for a label to be send to me for my package in which the seller paid 8.50 for shipping therefore I would lose a lot of money if I ship myself when they paid for an evri label. I need to get this sent today and can’t contact anyone!!

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp arrived at our Airbnb which felt super unsafe, after doing more research the area is rife with trafficking, drugs and violent crime. Person I’m talking to is super unhelpful and won’t help us with a refund. Help!

@SouthernRailUK last night I got the 4.32 train from ldn to Hove. It was cancelled half way due to a land slide (which you knew about before the journey but forgot to announce until we arrive at three bridges). I then had to spend £40 on an Uber, I’d like a refund please.

@easyJet I have just found out you have at some point started charging an insane amount of money to change flights and literally no way to cancel them. I am neurodiverse and really struggling to get any help with this as well as potentially losing 100's of pounds. Please help?
