With each passing day, the mortgage rate lock-in effect fades. Nearly 22% of mortgage holders now have a rate above 6%. Which is more than the share with a rate below 3%. Ultra-low-rate owners are slowly getting replaced with 6%+ owners. Meaning downward pressure on prices is coming.

Great news, my exhausting chemo has gotten very good results, my tumor has shrunk from 15,5cm to 9,66cm, which is obviously a ridiculous loss of mass 👍 Doc literally called it an excellent treatment response. Being cured by summer is actually a pretty realistic goal now.

@TMack6066 @dabeebs70 @teehiggins5 The one near me stores them in hot water, it is visible from the counter, you can watch them pull the dogs out of the hotdog soup with tongs and shake off the water.
