@XfinitySupport I keep freezing during Zoom Meetings. Today I froze 3 times before making a critical presentation...very embarrassing. It seems to happen more often when people are home/off work using their internet: evenings & weekends. How do I resolve this embarrasment?

Agreed.. they have useless bot which doesn’t work and.. they have simply removed the option to reach proper human support agent which is like violating consumer’s fundamental rights.. if you somehow do get connected, it’s just false promises..do check me out.. tag mention me for repost if you are also facing this

To add to this it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone @XfinitySupport so I have to do chat. Was given inaccurate information when chatting with an agent yesterday which has now screwed me over. Smh. Then the auto calls. Ugh

I dislike @Xfinity very much. Working with support is horrible. They all give you different answers. Unfortunately my complex only has this as an option for high speed internet, so it is either use them or a hotspot. Can’t wait to move back to a place I can get FIOS again. Ugh

Xfinity/comcast is negligent with the worst customer service or non service support. They have left a 90ft cable line laying in my yard 4 months now. Over a dozen phone calls two tickets submitted and it still lays out as a hazard to people and animals @XfinitySupport

Was fairly annoyed not being able to admin login to @XfinitySupport gateway, but remembered that we limit admin logins to physical connections for security. So duh. If we could do a just a little better than 300mx50m -- paying for 1.3gvs 300m. Just saying. @comcast @Xfinity
