He did not steal. He did not lie. He only spoke the truth, and that truth has shaken HBS. BJP has money, power, and influence, but they lack moral courage. Khera has remained loyal to his party in every phase, in every struggle, and in the toughest moments. APPEAL to @DgpChdPolice to Upload FIR Against me on Chandigarh Police Website Dr Sagar Preet Hooda, DGP, Chandigarh Police. Dear Sir, Two separate teams of Chandigarh Police met me at my Delhi office on April 21 & April 22 to deliver two notices regarding  FIR No. 44 filed against me on 19/04/2026 at PS-26 in Chandigarh. The Notice asks me to join the investigation in the case mentioned above. However, neither team provided me with a copy of the FIR registered against me, despite my repeated requests. In fact, I registered my protest in wrting when accepting the second notice on April 22. In my email to the Investigating Officer PS-26 Chandigarh dated April 21, I assured the officer that I would cooperate fully in the case investigation, provided I receive a copy of the FIR. ( See Annexure 1) That will enable me to gather the required evidence for my defence. Sadly, I have not received any response to my email, let alone a copy of the FIR. This is despite clear Supreme Court rulings stating that a copy of the FIR must be provided to the person against whom the case is registered. Since the Supreme Court has also ruled that the police must upload a copy of each FIR within 24 hours of filing it, I decided to download it from the your website. To my utter surprise, the FIR registered against me on April 19, 2026 has not yet been uploaded on the website of Chandigarh Police. Annexure 2 is a screenshot of the website taken an hour ago. Dr Hooda, without a copy of the FIR, and without knowing the facts on which it was registered, how can I join the investigation in Chandigarh, on April 25? Or provide the relevant evidence for my defence? Please treat this request as urgent and upload the FIR registered against me on your website at your earliest. The policemen who came with yet another notice were from Chandigarh police, with one person from Delhi Police. I am shocked that even this team refused to give me a copy of FIR but expect me to appear in Chandigarh Police Station 26 on the 25th of April. My assistant recorded the entire conversation between us which I will post in a few minutes! The Inspector had no answer when i repeatedly asked him why a copy of the FIR is not being given to me!
