Musing: Could digital and data be used to rekindle public use of suburban bus transport? Cars offer easy access to transport. Could I order bus service from my phone, and buses would execute timed pickups at customized locations determined by demand? Prob: not inclusive. Others?

Morning commute: Two full trains held at Tunney's Pasture, waiting to depart. Two platforms full of people waiting for trains. I am told the station gets 150 people per minute joining the throng from busses arriving.

@worldofabe Mistake: Talking about something as if everyone should already be in the know. Suggestions: Bring people along and into the conversation by providing some context and/or background and links to source materials. Saves people time & makes conversations accessible to more people.

Today, so many work discussions take place virtually on social media, instant messaging, etc. Participating in these conversation isn't natural for everyone. What's a mistake that you see people make in virtual conversations? What's your advice for people to avoid that mistake?
