The President of the United States went on a late-night rant, making clear he believes the Supreme Court justices he appointed owe him their loyalty and should always rule in his favor.
The President of the United States is openly attacking the independence of the judiciary, the very institution that stands between every American and unchecked executive power.
Courts don’t work for the President. They work for the Constitution. And a president attacking the judiciary for doing its job is telling you he believes he is above the law.

In a week I will start my final term at PCC. June 12 I will graduate with my AA degree. In the Summer I will be transferring to Portland State to finish my Bachelors in Liberal Arts. Not bad for 72 yrs old!

I support negotiations, but we should not act like referees between two equal sides. Ukraine is a democracy under attack. Russia is the aggressor, bombing cities, killing POWs, and kidnapping children. There is a right and wrong here, and we should be clear about it.

Trump's Save Act forces 45 states to refuse driver's licenses, Real ID, student ID and military ID as valid voter ID.
Already-registered voters will be turned away from the polls if they don't obtain and bring a $165.00 U.S. passport or a $25.00 to $35.00 birth certificate copy.
It also forces all states to turn over your private voter information and voting records to Trump for selective purging.
It's not "Just ID."

@MikeJohnson needs to heed Congressman Raskin’s advice & move this plaque to an appropriate location where it can be seen and appreciated.
The tremendous disrespect the delay in having it displayed revealed was bad enough. The placement of it in some inaccessible area of the basement adds insult to injury.

Today, I journeyed to an obscure part of the Capitol basement to see the long-awaited plaque honoring the police officers who defended Congress and America against Trump’s insurrectionary mob on January 6, 2021. To his credit, Sen. Tillis joined Democrats in demanding it be put up, but this spot is not accessible to the public. Speaker Johnson, come on—put the plaque in its rightful place of honor.
