@Emmys My dad recruited me to steal people's plants with him under cover of night when I was like 12

@knotta_bot @geopolitics_e @RedPillPharm @Breaking57 Maybe you just lack the mindset needed to safeguard precious freedoms which elites find and their lackeys find disagreeable.
English

@geopolitics_e @RedPillPharm @Breaking57 I think going through the drive through and ordering a hot cup of coffee and then pouring it directly in your own lap is a more effective way of filing a lawsuit.
English

@broobons You can say that what is another side of the diamond which would also have another side meaning something. In regards to something, what could be said to be who, or maybe even nothing, but it depends where something is instantiated to be what.
English

its never too late for you to bloom anon
Massimo@Rainmaker1973
Death Valley National Park is experiencing its first major superbloom in a decade as of March/April 2026, driven by record winter rainfall (1.7 – 2.5+ inches) that transformed the desert landscape with vibrant carpets of yellow, pink, and purple flowers.

@Feldfrog Lovecraft is great for helping imagine what kinds of life theoretically exist. Living fungus etc, proximital intelligence hive mind polyp clouds, etc. holographic energy beings etc.
English

@SumerSoldier @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Those people are prisoners. They are doing labor due to having committed crimes. You know what I'm talking about.
English

@bless_those @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Based on how you label things… you are not an authority on what constitutes slavery. The US currently has more slaves in their prison system that you do not call slaves. France still treats African countries like slave states.
English

'Arab hygiene' is irrational ritualistic nonsense from a world before germ theory. "Bro I'm so clean I spray perfume up my nose every morning. We have a word for grooming your beard so that it's in a straight line which means it's Clean. No, our rubbish collection doesn't work."
بدر الدين@D1mashqi
Interesting how English doesn't have standalone words for Madmada (rinsing the mouth) and Istinshaq (rinsing the nose), nor even Istinja’ (cleaning after relieving oneself) Which is because hygiene wasn't, and still isn't, an integral part of western culture
English

@SumerSoldier @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU And why is slavery most common in your area of the world as well as in Africa today?
English

@bless_those @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Yes because we are not coming off 400 years of slave exploitation, controlling African commodities and blatant land grabs like the west. Look up what the west looked like few decades ago.
English

Regardless your culture is rife with uncleanliness and your obsession with performative ritual hygiene like foot washing doesn't make you clean. You have worse sanitation than the west by far and this is undeniable fact. If you're going to have racial pride you may as well have something to base it on. :)
English

@bless_those @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Yeah other languages have those too on top of what is described. I think it is you who is doing the misunderstanding
English

@SumerSoldier @mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Some languages may do both, where they have very semantically specific verbs for certain acts, while other languages may do one or the other. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make but you don't sound very smart and this was not a gotcha.
English

@SumerSoldier @Leo_Abstract @BBDaybreakEU I'm a polyglot and lay linguist that speaks literally 6 languages to some degree or another and I'm very educated on how languages and language acquisition work. Adjust and resubmit.
English

@Leo_Abstract @bless_those @BBDaybreakEU They misunderstand a second language, you only know one. Who is the true nigger here….
English

If you're interested in understanding these concepts, research the difference between "analytic" and "fusional" languages. English trends toward the analytic grammatical style, tending to build longer sentences rather than compound bigger and more meaningful words. Arabic is deeply fusional and will typically invent or derive new words from preexisting triliteral/biliteral roots.
English

@BBDaybreakEU This misunderstands English also. English is a very analytic language compared to Arabic and we use a lot of phrasal verbs and verb phrases. So there are terms for things like what he's referring to, they are just longer than one word.
English

@mulronie @BBDaybreakEU Exactly. Wash my hair, rinse my mouth, brush my teeth, etc.
English

@xurbanxcowboyx @bryan_caplan Yeah but Latin America is not the US
English

Why are you purposely misinterpreting me? What he is saying is that it's an uncommon experience for an American to see a White person speaking Spanish-sounding Spanish, not with an American or anglophone accent. We do not encounter spaniards or other white Spanish speakers often. What about this is difficult for you? Do you not understand that everyone has a different frame of reference?
English

@bless_those @bryan_caplan ah yes the anglophone accents of mexico and honduras
English

@xurbanxcowboyx @bryan_caplan They mean Spanish with a Spanish accent, not an anglophone type one
English

@bryan_caplan wtf is unaccented Spanish this has to be bait
English

@ChuckRossDC I mean this is the haircut of a democrat pretending to have the haircut of what he thinks looks like a republican.
