@Chase so absurd! you open the chase lounge at the us open at 9am the day before, i refreshed at 9:03am it was all waitlist. There is no way! The perks of #chasesapphirereserve is so watered down and not worth the annual fee.

@Chase @usopen I was online at 8:58 and as soon as 9AM hit, I refreshed and “chasegetsyoucloser” hung for 3 minutes and I couldn’t get a reservation. Why did you not have enough bandwidth knowing the site would get hit hard?

Fvck @CHASE. They close people accounts (1 checking account, 3 credit cards) for ‘inappropriate conduct with branch employees’ because the customer was looking to possibly resolve an account issue with a banker instead pf a teller who I know cannot help me
