In the coming days, employers will see a stream of resumes of once-in-a-lifetime quality folks. An important thing to understand is that Epic never lowered our hiring standards as we grew, and the layoff wasn't a performance-based "rightsizing" as companies call it nowadays. The H-1B visa was never sold to the American public as an immigration pathway for Indians
It was intended to fill "specialty" jobs for which qualified Americans couldn't be found
So when you lose your H-1B job, of course you should go home

An INDIAN that doesn’t belong in our country uses fraud to enter our country because they have an automatic IT job in the US — even though they have fake credentials and no skills.
…while an American with real credentials and skills can’t get a job even after applying to thousands of jobs (many fake postings and Indian companies stealing his resume to apply to an Indian).
