The more I look at the $ETH dominance chart, the more bullish I get on $ETH. Reversal is in play. We may get a bit of chop in the next week or so, but it's happening. $ETH is gunning for 20% dominance. $BTC dominance in the downtrend. We are going to see an alt season in Q1. When it's least expected.

Don’t panic about CLARITY coming for front ends

Not sure where all the recent FUD about front end regulation and Congress' CLARITY Act is coming from. The relevant section (302) only calls for guidance on sanctions laws that already applied and explicitly says it is not expanding authority. And that section is improving in recent negotiations not getting any worse. I suspect folks (and folks who pay bots) who don't like the yield compromise are trying to make a ruckus over another issue. Don't fall for it. From a software development (DeFi) standpoint, these sections are tolerable as long as we get the BRCA safe harbor (which is still part of the package).
