@theJthatmatters @JayViperTV I played tons of D1 and D2. I loved Marathon S1 and S2 is so much better. I understand it’s not for everyone but to say it’s a dogshit game… I can’t understand it. I have almost 500 hours and can’t wait to give up sleep again tonight to play more.

@JayViperTV I tried it again. The first time was during the server slam. I played the first day of this f2p period and again earlier today. It is genuinely a dogshit game.

Marathon is getting destroyed in its reviews as people share their thoughts on the game during the F2P week. Over the last 4 days, marathon has received 2,400 negative reviews on Steam vs only 1,100 positive. As player numbers continue to go lower each consecutive day, Sony has to be asking itself how long Bungie can actually be allowed to continue this charade. Marathon has also dipped below 80% on total positive reviews and to make matters worse, no one is really streaming the game and people aren't looking for the content, even with TWITCH DROPS running from June 2nd to the 9th.

We have identified some issues affecting the progression systems and loot economy and will be rolling out a few fixes: Cert containers: Fixing an issue causing more Cert containers to spawn than intended in Night Marsh. Cradle: Given the increased quality and quantity of loot, we've increased progression costs by 25%. We are also still tracking down more issues and will be adjusting loot drops globally while we investigate. We want loot to feel rewarding, but also not flood the economy with too many powerful items early in the season. We'll continue to monitor these systems and feedback closely throughout the season.
