@SumitResearch Should we not be looking for companies which are close to being leaders, but still have lower valuation?

- Pregnant Indian Women Flying To Canada For Free Births and Canadian Citizen Babies at Tax Payer Expense - Tonight my niece had a baby making my sister a grand parent before me. Congrats! - The nurse told my niece that the maternity ward is full of Indian women flying to Canada to have their babies, to get child with Canadian citizenship. - Canadian hospitals won’t turn anybody away, so they accept all these foreign Indian women, completely filling up the may wards. - Of course, I bet they get a bill for the birth because they don’t have Canadian health care, but, how are they going to collect? - You see, they fly back to India with their baby after they use our health care system. - When their Indian baby grows up they’ll come to Canada as a Canadian citizen, sponsor their parents and siblings, and bring the whole family over. - And I’m willing to bet it’s all free of charge at the Canadian tax payer’s expense.

@TheThevaluetrad It sounds like a good desire. However is it likely, is a big if. Tata motors is a giant like Maruti and it's focus on exports is expanding. Additionally Jaguar ownership adds to brand value. Long term this could bag multiples.

@derekavinay Good entry level will be around 690. At CMP, it can fall further owing to the weak index (Nifty) performance & next quarterly result.

🔥Tata Motors Ltd is trading near to it's average EV/EBIDTA multiple of last 10 years. 🔥Currently, the stock is trading at 5.56x EV/EBIDTA. 🔥Long term growth story remains intact, but entry should be planned as per the technical levels & fundamental triggers. Not a stock buy/sell recommendation. #Tatamoters #Nifty

Which $3M apartment would you prefer? • Gurgaon or New York? • 4BHK Flat or 6BHK Penthouse? • Golf Course Road or Manhattan? • Cyber City or Times Square? • Magnolias Park or 3.4 sqkm Central Park? IMO REAL Estate is a SCAM in India!

@sandeeproy1 @100Staar @gurjota Google chintels. Their building collapsed after people moved in without provocation by mother nature. Almost every building has issues such as plaster peeling off and seepage. Now go get your 20 cr delusion 😂

Arre bhai, no brainer! Why waste $3M on New York’s basic 6-bedroom penthouse when you can have the full Gurgaon experience with a 4BHK at DLF Magnolias for a “reasonable” ₹50 crore? I mean, who needs New York’s boring skyline when you can enjoy the view of *world-class* traffic jams and the occasional cow on Golf Course Road? Think about it: in New York, you get a 4,511 sqft penthouse overlooking the actual Central Park, but Gurgaon’s Magnolias Park has its own unique ecosystem—complete with dusty trees and maybe a jogging path if you’re lucky. Forget NYC's 3.4 sq km Central Park. Gurgaon gives you the thrill of dodging potholes and open construction sites while pretending you’re "in nature." Also, do you really want that NYC subway with its 24/7 convenience? In Gurgaon, you get the charm of figuring out if Uber drivers will cancel mid-trip and charge you anyway. No metro for you after 11 PM—because who needs nightlife when you have power cuts at home to set the "ambience"? And don’t even get me started on the air quality. NYC’s “fresh” air? Ugh, overrated. Nothing better than Gurugram, with AQI levels that hit 400+ in winter! Why settle for New York's clean air when you can inhale the rich, earthy flavors of pollution every day? It’s like breathing in "smoked wood" but without the price tag of a fancy cigar.

Dude. Entire Japan and the Bay Area in US west coast is the highest seismic zone. Highrises are designed to counter that. You don't hear them falling down like cards in the cities, do you? In fact, it's the unorganised sector housing in smaller towns and cities, which are worst affected

@paraschopra @kswindia @theliverdoc You can't tell merucry, cadmium, other industrial pollutants etc from TDS. Recent reports of Yamuna full of foam in Delhi is scary. Millions are drinking this polluted tap water. Would be great service to mankind if water in 50 localities in Delhi is checked.

Hello, I have a fantastic Saturday morning read for you. In fact, you'll be engrossed in this the whole day. As promised, we have published our disruptive project - the unique public-health project funded by @paraschopra to analyze common/well-known protein supplements sold in India. Citizens protein project: A self-funded, transparent, and concerning report on analysis of popular protein supplements sold in the Indian market @theliverdoc @paraschopra @arifhussaintm Full paper: journals.lww.com/md-journal/ful… Popular 36 brands in all. Here is an interesting fact: You will see that we have published the paper in a general medicine open access journal instead of a high impact nutrition/ sports journal. Well, we did submit this paper to multiple sports/ nutrition journals and not surprisingly, it was rejected from all of those - I wondered why and then found the answer. Many members of the editorial board, including editot-in-chief of those journals were "advisors," "consultants," or "promoters" of certain protein/supplement brands! Lot of conflict of interests for them to peer-review and publish our paper which openly took names and provided transparent analyses. Peer-review publishing is really broken in a sense. But then journals like Lippincott's Medicine provided a neutral ground for us to publish and also we could afford the additional open access fee indepedent of the full funding. The total cost of funding this project is INR 700,000 ($8400, by Paras)+INR 192,000 ($2300, by Liver Doc Team)=892,000 ($10700) Please see the abstract section. Lot of information snippets are provided there. Also please read the whole study, our detailed finding and its implications. Focus on the supplementary files (which can be downloaded) and given at the end of the manuscript online. Full paper: journals.lww.com/md-journal/ful… Here is a short summary for protein users: ➡️Best whey - One Science & Ultimate Nutrition ➡️Best medium range whey- Nutrabox ➡️Best vegan protein- Origin ➡️Worst whey brand- Big Muscles ➡️Worst plant-based- Amway ➡️Worst brands advertised as best - Protinex/Ensure/B-protin ➡️Worst protein content- B-Protin, Ensure Plus, Bakson's Protein & Vegan by Big Muscles ➡️Brands that need extreme caution- Protein by Elements/Nutrilite by Amway [fungal toxins] ➡️Herbal blended proteins have more contaminants/pesticides than non-herbal **If anyone (or a group) would like to indepedently fund [The Citizens Project] testing on other untested but popular brands, please do contact my group at : abbyphilips[at]theliverinst[dot]in** For a full summary and brands and their coding in the manuscript, you can check this thread: threadreaderapp.com/thread/1629670…

@MasculinePillar @Akshat_World Yes, sacrificing life for kids who don't give a damm, is a very strange norm in India. Overseas, kids become independent without financial or any other kind of support, after 18, and still care for parents if there is a loving relationship.

Masculine Pillar - Men | Life | Money
Life of Indian men - Born - Start studying - No time for hobbies or sports - Treated harshly by teachers and society - Compete against millions for college - Compete for jobs - Finally get a job - Responsibility of the family - Marry and have kids - Take care of wife, kids, and parents - Sacrifice all dreams for them - Work whole life - Die

[1] Make education quality and free. [2] Create a useful (skilled) workforce, which competes on merit. [3] Access to quality labour attracts jobs. [4] Make reservations= 0. [5] Let free market play out. You will have an abundance of jobs. Firms would want to set base here. Because it would be in their interest (they would save/make money). Good for people. Good for businesses. This is called as front-end empowerment. But, our solution seems to be: don't do 1-to-5, offer reservation. And, increase the production cost of businesses. And, HOPE they believe in intellectual discussions like: how to bridge 1000 year old injustices. And, participate actively to do the same.

@Akshat_World How can someone know if something can be considered quality? Only someone who has experienced better, can understand quality. The rest believe incremental improvement to be quality. Many just believe and enjoy quality. This is where globally educated teachers can make a differenc
